Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a lesson?
Lessons usually last around 45 minutes.

What happens in an average lesson?
A teacher uses gentle hands on work along with verbal information to help guide a student to better use of the body. This is often split in two sections: one in which a student mainly gets in and out of a chair, and another where a student lies on a table. After a student gains a better understanding of the technique activities like walking, singing, playing an instrument, using a computer, etc. can be explored.

What should I wear to a lesson?
Comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement is best.

How often do I need to come for lessons?
At first, it is most beneficial to have weekly lessons for at least one month to gain a solid foundation of the technique. After that, lessons can continue less frequently depending on your free time and budget.

How long will I need lessons?
As everyone learns and processes new information and experiences at a different pace, this can vary greatly from person to person. I recommend taking weekly lessons for one month to have time to process the new experience. From there, you can determine how long you would like to continue taking lessons.
